1 prk marinoitua, paahdettua paprikaa,
200 g  ½ prk tapenadea (oliivitahnaa),
65 g  2 kirvelinoksaa hienonnettuna 
2 basilikanoksaa hienonnettuna 
½ salottisipulia hienonnettuna 
3 kevätsipulia 
2 rkl sherryviinietikkaa 
3 rkl oliiviöljyä 
suolaa, mustapippuria 
Uuninlämpö 150 °C
Cooking process
Leikkaa serranokinkkusiivut pituussuunnassa suikaleiksi. Paahda suikaleet uunissa rapeiksi ja  anna niiden jäähtyä talouspaperin päällä. Sekoita dippikastikkeen ainekset ja mausta kastike  sherryviinietikalla, öljyllä, suolalla ja mustapippurilla. Tarjoa dippi annoskupeista rapeiden  serranosuikaleiden kanssa.
