Cooking process
Hienonna kylmäsavulohi, kaprikset ja paahdetut fenkolinsiemenet ja sekoita ne keskenään. Lisää joukkoon kuutioiksi leikatut perunat ja kurkku sekä muikunmäti. Mausta sitruunankuoriraasteella, dijonsinapilla, suolalla ja valkopippurilla. Ota lohitartaria 12:een lusikkaan ja koristele suupalat kermaviilillä sekä yrtillä.
