Vihannespyttipannu:
1 kesäkurpitsa pieneksi paloiteltuna
10 herkkusientä viipaloituna
1 paprika pieneksi paloiteltuna
1 sipuli hienonnettuna
pala selleriä pieneksi paloiteltuna
öljyä paistamiseen
2 rkl kapriksia
1/2 pnt ruohosipulia hienonnettuna
1 dl crème fraîchea
2 tl dijonsinappia
suolaa, mustapippuria
Cooking process
Paista ankankoipien nahkapuoli rapeaksi kuumalla pannulla.
Lämmitä koipia 175 °C:sessa uunissa 10 minuuttia.

Paista kesäkurpitsa, herkkusienet, paprika, sipuli ja selleri
pannulla öljyssä. Sekoita crème fraîche ja sinappi, lisää seos
vihannesten ja sienien joukkoon. Lisää vielä kaprikset ja
hienonnettu ruohosipuli. Sekoita ja tarjoa suolalla ja pippurilla
maustettuna ankankoipien kanssa.
